Skilled nursing care refers to a patient's need for care or treatment that can only be performed by licensed nurses. Our Nurses assist with the rehabilitation of patients according to the care plan developed by the physician. They observe and record all pertinent information and report to the appropriate supervisor and physician. We also teach patients, family members, and auxiliary nursing personnel proper health maintenance care.
